Project 2013 Advanced Skills

This course builds on the concepts and skills taught in the Basic course. Students will learn how to work with templates, create baseline plans, monitor and update projects, analyze project statistics, handle delays and conflicts, create reports, consolidate project files, share resources, and customize Project. Students will also learn how to communicate project information by using Project Server 2013 and how to integrate Project data with other Office applications 

This course is designed for students with an understanding of project management concepts who are responsible for creating and maintaining project plans. Target students will be looking to acquire the advanced knowledge and skills a project manager needs to update a project plan in Project 2013 during the execution, monitoring, and controlling phases of a project.
